We are located 30 km east of Kathmandu city centre, approximately a 45–60 minute drive via the Araniko Highway (depending on traffic). We are easily accessible by private vehicle, taxi, or public bus.

From Kathmandu Airport (TIA), take a taxi or private car towards Dhulikhel via the Araniko Highway. The journey takes approximately 1–1.5 hours. We can also arrange an airport pickup — please contact us in advance.

We have 18 rooms across 7 categories — from Twin Mountain Room and Budget Triple (NPR 1,999/night) up to our Premium Mountain View Suite on the 5th floor (NPR 3,999/night). All rooms include free Wi-Fi, hot water 24/7, and cable TV.

Most of our rooms offer mountain and nature views. Our Premium Mountain View Suite (Rooms 501, 502) and Executive AC Family rooms (401, 402) on the upper floors offer the most panoramic Himalayan views. Please specify your preference when booking.

Check-in is from 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to room availability. Our 24/7 front desk is always happy to assist.
